This Is Disgusting !

What happened to personal responsibility this day ? How could people come to Washington D.C. and leave such a disgusting mess? And we the taxpayers paid to have this cleaned up.

  2. Linda, that is deplorable and quite rightly as you say disgusting! Perhaps there were not enough bins about for them to put their rubbish in? I think it is the same any time they get a huge number of people together in one place like that. I could never leave my rubbish behind but I know that there are lots that do! It's really sad isn't it!

  7. Hi Linda. It looks like a refuge campsite with no garbage bins! Personal responsibility isn't recognized here :(......

  8. This is just gross, but not shocking! It makes me wonder why they could not find a trash can. Our tax dollars at work!
