FOOD FRIDAY

It's that time again~time for Food Friday. The recipe I'm posting today is an easy one, one the kids can make with mom or dad's help. Muddy Mounds
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut (optional)

Combine sugar & cocoa in saucepan and mix well. Add butter and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly just until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons full on wax paper. Cool and enjoy.
