Who Says That People in Western Washington Are All "Wet"?

There's a gal here in Western WA, that lives up north of Seattle in Arlington that apparently went to that Seahawks game last Sunday and bought an extra $5.00 hot dog at the Seahawks Stadium.  She came home took some pictures of it, then vacuum sealed it and put it in her freezer....and then she listed it on eBay.   At the time of this writing, this hot dog is up over $7,000.  WHO WOULD PAY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for a  hot dog, no matter where it came from?  I admire her creativity  but I hope she gets her money when this auction ends.

I'm off today, but have so much to do.....and I'm days behind reading my Alerts...maybe tonight, I'll get to them.  Right now the sun is shinning but it rained all night. And for some reason, the power went off during the night.  I don't know what time it was...I was too sleepy to get the flash light and look at the wind-up clock I keep on my nightstand.  Anyway, it was back on this morning when I woke up about 7am.

Have a good day good dear friends and hopefully I can catch up later.   Here's the link to that famous hot dog;

That's just too wild to believe.  Makes you wonder what people will really buy!  blessings, Penny  http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/FromHeretoThere

You've finally convinced me that the world has gone mad!! I wouldn't have paid five dollars for it let alone over 7000. Lucky you have a wind up alarm rather than electric or you'd never have got up in time!! Jeannette.

Well, it's now up to $10,163.  That's a very hefty profit margin, especially since she's donating a minimum of 15% to charity.   I've always believed people in the Pacific Northwest have big hearts.
