Where In the World ?????
Where in the world can you experience (in one day) sunshine, rain, thunder, lightening, hail (the size of marbles), wind and snow ??? Why right here in western Washington, that's where. Right now as I'm writing this entry, downtown Seattle is getting snow. What a day !! I'm glad I didn't have to go to work today. I did go out around noon and run errands but seemed to always miss the precipitation. I was in and out of the car but never got a drop of rain or snow or hail on me. But I saw it all...it was truly amazing. Then when I pulled in my driveway and saw the primroses and daffodils blooming in my yard....I knew once again that soon this will be over and spring then summer is just around the corner. I hope everyone had a wonderful Friday. The weekend is here and I've got some sewing to do, so tonight I'll be getting out my sewing machine and putting a movie in and get started. I saw it all, too! First, thunder and lightening, then hail, then snow! And it stuck this time...I am home...not going anywhere! JAE

We used to get thundersnow storms a LOT here. Not anymore. :(

Hi Linda, it has happened here too, sometimes we don`t know what weather we`re going to get but I must admit I don`t remember getting snow and thunder on the same day! :o)
