It's so hot........

It's gotten very hot here this afternoon.  My living room is up to 90 degrees, the porch outside my kitchen window is up 98 degrees. And I need to close up the house and go out to run some errands.  I haven't even put on my makeup yet today and I went down the hall, thru my bedroom to go to my bathroom to do that little chore and there on my bed is "Miss Queen of the House."

I just got a call from Susan, her sister is with her now and she's about to have a CT scan of her chest and abdomen.  The doctor told her that the biopsy revealed the spot in her breast, was lymph material and that,that particular type of matter had to get to her breast from another part of her body.  So the CT scan is to check and see if they can find the root of the problem.  I told her I'd put out an urgent prayer request and that people from all over were lifting her up. She started to cry and said how grateful she is for you all.  Thank you.

Ok back to the task of "putting on my face" so I can go out in public.      Linda
