Well, I'm sorry to say the Seattle Seahawks just lost 27 to 24 (in overtime) to the Chicago Bears. It was a good game and well fought. I know that's no consolation to the Hawks.... Boy it's going to be a long flight back to Seattle for the team. Now the Bears will play the New Orleans Saints next week...more playoffs...heading towards the big Super Bowl game in February.

I would have bet on the Seahawks if I were a betting woman. Take care

My husband is watching the San Diego Chargers game. I don't know who they are playing..LOL. Anyway, I'm not a football fan at all but I know this is a big game for San Diego. Sorry about your Hawks. Just wait until next year (our favorite saying when our Angels bomb out).
Stay warm and toasty. It was 27 here this morning at 7:30. I'm not used to this!
Hugs, Kathy
Hi, Linda! I watched the game too..wow...The Seahawks almost had them....I was so hoping they would pull it through....especially since Chicago stole our Boeing Headquarters...I wanted Seattle to win this spot over them...oh well, it's over now...until next time. Can you believe that Hasselbrock (sorry, spelling), played with two broken fingers? That last plays before overtime....if we could have just gotten close enough to make that field goal!!!!!!!! Woulda, coulda, shoulda...it was a valiant effort.....in my humble view.
