Happy Thanksgiving !

I just want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving.  I hope you all have a wonderful day with your families and friends.  And that you take lots of pictures to post in your journals.  It will be a "tryptophan overload" day for most of us !

I found this picture taken Thanksgiving November 1941.

 I don't know who took the picture, possibly my dad.  Left to right is my mom's oldest sister, Doris, her husband Dick, my dad's mom~Grandma Smith, my mom, my mom's only brother John, and my mom's mother~Grandma Stern.  Where my grandfather was is a good question...maybe he was out in the kitchen carving the turkey or chicken.  Me....I was there too.....see the bulge in my mom's tummy?  That's me!
