FOOD FRIDAY

Potluck Potato Casserole
2 pound bag frozen hash-brown potatoes, partially thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup melted butter
salt & pepper
½ cup onion chopped
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
TOPPING
2 cups crushed corn flakes
¼ cup melted butter
Mix all except topping ingredients.  Put into a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.  Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
