President's Day

Today, February 16th we celebrate the birthday's of two of our great President's ~ George Washington who was born February 22, 1732 and died December 14, 1799 & Abrham Lincoln who was born February 12, 1809 and died April 15, 1865. It's a bank holiday and also a postal department holiday. So kick back and enjoy the last day of your 3 day weekend.

Pictures taken off my television. I'm sure you all saw it on your own TV but I felt the desire to post these pictures. I hope that as this new administration begins, that we as Americans will remember that this is the man that has been elected to run our country. And whether we voted for him or not...it is our duty to respect the office of the President and to pray for him and his family on a daily basis. (First Timothy 2:1-2) The following words appear in the White House, put there by John Adams in November 1800 "I pray Heaven to bestow the best of Blessings on this House and on all that shall hereafter inhabit it. May none but honest and wise Men ever rule under this roof."
