Wednesday Morning August 31st

God Bless the people in the south eastern part of the USA.  So much devastation from the wind, rain and flooding.  So many lives lost. There's no power and it's very hot and humid there. There's a picture on the front of my local paper of a dear lady grieving the loss of her husband, a cancer patient, who died after he ran out of oxygen.  The governor of Louisiana has called for a day of prayer for the people in those areas.

It's nearly impossible to think of anything else.  I have been praying for them and will continue to do so.  It seems that all of our problems have been diminished by their pain.  Blessings, Penny

So sad, it just seems to be one thing after the other in this old world of ours.  All we can do is pray for them.
