I'M GETTING REAL SICK OF IT !!!!!!!!!!!

It's been going on since the end of July and I'm so sick of it I could scream !!!!!!!!   What is it, you ask ........... those political TV and radio commercials.  One guy says "she said this, did this, didn't do that, etc. etc." And then she says, "well, he did this and that but didn't do this and he should have done that."   I don't know if I can take another week and a half of this non-stop blasting of the other candidates.  I really think this country needs some reform in that area.  They are spending millions of dollars on TV air time and 99% of the people already have their minds made up anyway.  I think they should be limited as to how many total TV and radio ads they can have (1 per week would be wonderful) and limited to only one flyer going to each household in the mail.  IT"S OUT OF CONTROL !!!!!   If they have so much money to spend on this stuff  they should be required to donate it to a local food bank, Rescue Mission or Battered Womens Shelter.     There was a debate on our local TV the other night between 3 people running for a US Senate position from the state of Washington.   Their rules stated that they couldn't participate in this debate unless they had raised one million dollars in campaign funds.  So there was the Democrat, the Republican and the Libertarian (who by the way liquidated all of his assets to raise his 1 million dollars) at this TV debate.  The candidate from the Green party tried to get in to be apart of it but since he hadn't raised his 1 million, he was not allowed to participate, he was angry and was actually hauled off by the police and arrested for attempted trespassing.  It's no wonder some people no longer vote...they have driven us crazy with all of the smear campaigns on every TV and radio station.

Is it just me that feels this way or do some of you out there feel the same?

It has been really horrible around here.  Not only are we getting the mailers from the candidates here in WA, but those nincompoops in CA are still sending us mailers.  Look at the address and save some money dummies. I'm Marian and I have approved this message.

We get exactly the same over here! All the candidates do is slag each other off rather than get on and tell us what they're gonna do for us. Mind you, if they did tell us they probably wouldn't follow through with their policies, they never do! Jeannette xx

Don't we all LOVE politics? It's like a tomcat's promise of ever-lasting faithfulness in March, only to abandon the love of his life after the evil deed is done.

I can't stand the way politics has developed over the years.  Nobody bothers to say what they would like to do anymore.  It's always about what the other guy has done wrong.  So petty.

Arrghhh!  I've had it too, and I'm in Idaho, but we still get all the political ads for Washington.  The Cantwell/MacGavin ads are the worse!
