He Found A Spot

Bob went in the big truck and camper down to the water front area late yesterday afternoon.  The spot he had his eye on was taken by a huge motorhome. So he parked right behind it.  He slept there last night, was complaining about the many trains coming by all night.  (right next to the tracks..what do you expect?)  This morning he asked some police officers if he could stay in his spot and not get a ticket and they said he was ok.  So I'm going to get ready, go park my car at the community college and take the shuttle bus down to the waterfront from there.  There are buses running every 15 minutes from the college to the waterfront up until 8pm....then after the fireworks, they start hauling all those people back to their cars.  But of course we'll hang around, until the crowd clears and I'll ride back to my car with Bob in the truck and camper. So I'll be getting home, very late tonight.

I hope everyone has a great day...it's supposed to be 85 degrees here today but I know there's rain in some areas.  I hope it stops long enough for you to get your BBQ going and you get those hot dogs & burgers cooked.

I'll take some pictures today and share them with you tomorrow or Friday.....Linda
