Saturday

It's 1:30pm here is western Washington...I just sent a text message to Robin and she sent a text back to me that they are in Fresno at Camping World right now. So they are on the road..heading to Florida.  I think they were stopping for a couple days in Phoenix to visit with her family.  I know the Air Force allowed them 9 days traveling time, so they should be able to visit her parents, family and friends and still get to Florida in the time allotted.

Bob came and put up the rods for the new insulated panels over my sliding glass door.  They are a little wrinkled (I got them from Penney's catalog) but I'll give them a few days and then if I have to I'll run them thru a gentle rinse cycle and some time in the dryer.  Hopefully, gravity will do the job for me.

It was foggy here this morning but the sun is brightly shining now. It's not 85 degrees but at least it's sunny.

Well, I'm off to get ready for our visit to Bob's daughter & family this afternoon out in Orting.  I'm taking my camera...maybe I can get some fall pictures.

Happy Saturday...........Linda

I expect the creases would drop out when hung. Would you like Nina to come over and swing on them, she'd pull the wrinkles out! Lol! Have a lovely afternoon, I hope you can get some good pics, I love fall photos! Jeannette xx

Hope the panels straighten out, sounds like they will.  Visited the Orting pumpkin festival in your entry.  Sounds like a lot of fun.  Have a good day with Bob and his daughter.  I love fall and the colours that are displayed so brilliantly.  This time last year I was in Oregon, and had just gone down the coast.  The colours were brilliant.  We also went to visit the Roloffs, they too have pumpkins for sale, and they had the trebochet which threw the pumpkins.  Unfortunately, as most know last year their youngest son, got hurt.  We had just left there about an hour before that happened.  I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to their farm, they are a wonderful family.  Got lots of pictures with them.  Hope you get some pictures today, always love to see your pics.  Have a good day, god bless.

I hope you have a wonderful day!  The insulated panels sounds great, that is what I use on my sliding door.  I would think the wrinkles will fall out as they hang.  Looking forward to some nice fall pictures too!

Hi Linda,
I checked the Orting site, pumpkin milkshakes? pumpkin spice cotton candy?!  I love cotton candy or as we call it over here, candy floss, but I can't imagine a pumpkin flavoured one!!
I hope the creases drop out of the insulated panels for you, if they're fairly heavy they usually do.  Looking forward to the Orting photos, hope you had a good day.

The wrinkles should fall out after a few days I bet!  A steamer is a good idea if they don't.  I do hope you had a lovely time at your family's and look forward to seeing some lovely autumnal pictures soon!

It was nice here today too in PA.  Today being Sunday.  But on the way to Hershey the traveling was hideous.  Bumper to bumper and some of the time we didn't even move.

Hey Girlie!

I still cant update on my journal...not sure why but hopefully tomorrow at our next stop.   It has been the trip from hell.  One thing after the next has gone wrong.  We ended up staying a day longer in AZ cause Princess is so ill.  In three days we have had to spend 500+ dollars in vet visits and meds...want to pass around a collection plate for me?  LOL!   Just about wiped out our "fun" money.  We had planned to see some friends along the way and have some fun but with the unexpected vet bills the fun will be limited.

We leave Phoenix tomorrow and will stop in El Paso if all goes as planned.  Talk to you soon!! xoxo
