The Weekend Is Over Folks ~ Sorry

Saturday was an absolutely beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest.  The thermometer on my porch read 80 degrees by 4 o'clock in the afternoon.  The weather man kept saying "don't get used to it because it's going to change."  Sure enough it did.

Woke up to 40 degrees this morning and overcast.  It never did get over 50 degrees and by 3pm this afternoon it was raining.  Was that our summer ?

Bob & I took a drive out to see tulips before the rain started.  Tulips, daffodils and other pretty flowers at Van Lierop's Bulb farm.  It lifted my spirits to see these beautiful flowers. Some of you live where the weather is still pretty dismal and some live where it's very hot.  So I hope the sight of these pretty Spring flowers, no matter where you live, lifts your spirits too.

Until next time......Linda

Oh my goodness Linda.  They are just gorgeous.  I want to have a yard that looks like that...just covered with all those flowers.  It did lift my spirits.  Thank you.

I so enjoyed your photos Linda.   I didn't want the show to end.  What wonderful colours and such a vast field of daffodils too.  I was in heaven looking at them.
Thank you.
HOpe the weather begins to warm up and stay that way for you.  We have been having frosts every morning here in the English Lakes.  I can't put my little plantlets out yet.
I enjoyed my visit today.
