If You Build It They Will Come

A family that lives on the outskirts of Anchorage decided to build a sturdy, colorful playground for their 3 and 4 year old sons. They lined the bottom with smooth-stone gravel all around to avoid knee scrapes and other injuries. They finished building it one evening and were very pleased with the end product.
The following morning, the mom was about to wake up the boys and have them go out to play in their new play center. This is what she saw from the upstairs window:

How cool is that! It could be worse, although I don't think lettuce pickers get that far North.

isn't that cute!! looks like those bears were having fun for sure!!!

good luck with your selling on eBay and Craigslist!! (that's another thing I want to make time for, LOL, check out some old coins my mom gave me and want to see what they are worth on eBay, in general, I'm not selling them, but want a rough idea of what they are worth, but I don't have time since I was always reading journals on my computer time. I plan to be online doing research and Bible studies, just limiting journal times to 2 hours, it was getting tedious reading some people's journals so realizing that was their thoughts to share, I thought I don't have to read these, so those I turned off.

They are sure having a great time.  No doubt they are very grateful for having such a nice play area built for them.  Humans aren't so bad after all.

I just met today with a former bride of mine who is from AK and she said it wasn't uncommon for bears to be in the backyard.  What a sight to see - from the window of course! :-)
