Late Sunday

It was really hot here again today.  I went with my brother and sister in law for a ride out to their wooded property and when I got home about 6:15pm my living room was 96*.  Thankfully after I opened the house up and got some air circulating it cooled down a little.

Then I did an entry on the Tall Ships visit including pictures and I was sure it was saved....but a few moments ago I looked and alas .....it's not here.  I'll try again tomorrow.

Is that wishful thinking Linda?  haha  I am still waiting for the really hot weather to arrive.  I will probably regret it when it does though!

Y'all are having some "great" heat.  We have had a cold front come through and are in heaven.  Low humidity, mid to high eighties.  MMMMMM  I love it.  Reminds me of Oregon!  LOL

Lol...down here I can't even pray for snow! Would not happen. Once back in the 80's there was a real heavy cold front that came through so yes there were actually flurries in the air, people who had not seen snow freaked out. I went out and let the flakes hit my face like they used to in New York, but I was loving it. Gosh ever since Joey moved up to your area, it seems that the heat has followed him.  Take care...love, Sandi

Send me some heat Linda, I need it desperately! Sorry you lost your entry, it's a pain when it gets eaten up. Jeannette xx  http://journals.aol.co.uk/jlocorriere05/Welcometomytravels/

I looked at that picture and thought "oh I wish I could just roll in that snow." It is just so hot here and this house never cools off good at night, most mornings it is around 80 in here at 6 am. I am liking summer less and less the older I get. I have been trying to open this entry for 2 days and just now was able to get it to open.
