Pork Chop Casserole
one 6 ounce package of long grain & wild rice mix
2 cups hot water
four-six 1/2 inch thick pork chops (trimmed)
one can of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup milk
Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix & hot water. Stir thoroughly and pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place pork chops on the rice mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350*. Meanwhile combine Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk, stirring well. At the end of the 1 hour baking time, uncover pork chops and cover with soup mixture. Bake uncovered casserole for another 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
