FOOD FRIDAY

Sticky Buns

18 frozen dinner rolls, 1 small box of butterscotch pudding (cook type), 1/2 cup pecan bits, 1 cube butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Grease inside of a bunt cake pan with butter. Arrange pecan bits in bottom of the pan. Lay rolls on top of layer of nuts. Sprinkle pudding powder over rolls. Melt butter, add cinnamon and brown sugar. Pour over rolls and let rise overnight, uncovered.

Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. (Use a large plate or platter as it will be runny at first but will get firm.)

mmmmm the sticky buns sound yummy. I wonder what they would be like with butterscotch morsels instead of the pudding mix? I might try it. I LOVE those things. LOL
Seems like you are always on the go and have such a busy & full life. I'm not quite 55 *not sure how old you are, but are far far younger than I.* I pray for the day that God will heal feet so I can find a pair of shoes that don't give me blisters. That he will find a way to heal them so that I don't develop pressure ulcers from the inside out due to my diabetes. I am having surgery to straighten some toes, release the tendons remove joints in each toe. I can only hope and pray it works. I want to get out and go like you do. I envy it so. Thanks for sharing your life with us. I love coming to your happy blog.
Hugs & Happy Belated Mother's Day!
