It's not quite 2pm on Tuesday

Although it's cold and the wind is blowing and the snow levels are dropping~ right now it so beautiful out my windows.  I took a break from the Christmas cards and grabbed my camera to take a few shots to share with you.  I went out on my little porch on the east side of my house and then out into the driveway on the west.  You can see that the Oak trees are bare but of course the Douglas Fir and Cedar trees always stay green...

Yesterday was so gloomy and dark I was turning lights on by 3pm.  But today will be different, I think.   Maybe there will be a visible sunset.

Now it's back to the business at hand........Linda

Yes the sun is almost done setting at my house, wish I could get a pic but too many trees.  Well I've done about 4 cards, I'm sure you're way ahead of me.  But I'm finishing up baby sweaters too.  Joni

You take such lovely pictures, but then you also paint lovely pictures with your words.  You make Washington sound so very beautiful and very much like a place I would like to live, or at least visit one day!
