YA~HOO !!!!!!!!!!!

I went out to get the mail and low & behold there they were !!!!!!!!  The cruise documents.  I knew we couldn't leave town until these came, so the envelope from Royal Caribbean has been added to the big bin waiting to be loaded into the camper next week.  Now....please don't let me forget my Passport.  Remind me~ok ??

This evening, I'll pour over the booklet...checking out the off-shore excursions offered on this particular cruise.  I know I want to see the zoo in San Diego but we haven't decided if we'll do it as a shore excursion or drive there on our own from Pasadena.  The one from the ship is only a 5 hour tour...not long enough to see the whole thing.  For $40 each we can get a two day pass and really see something, but we'll have to find a nearby RV park to park the truck and camper.

For those that don't know...the icky colored green tags are for our luggage.  They have our cabin number and other information on them.  When you get to the ship, your luggage (with these tags) goes one way....you go thru the check in process and usually by the time that's completed and you get on board and get to your cabin...your luggage is waiting for you.  Good deal, huh !!!

Linda, take your passport right now and put it with the documents; that way you will have it together with what you need for the cruise!

definitely, 5 hours at the San Diego Zoo is not long enough! I think a day trip from Pasadena would be the way to go (but is probably a 3-hour drive). I don't know RV places to park around the zoo, but I'm sure if you Google, you'll find something!

I bet you are so excited!

You have to go to the zoo if you can.  We have been to many zoo's in many states and the San Diego Zoo is our all time favorite!!!  Wear good shoes there is a lot of walking to do there!
