Food Friday

I didn't have a chance to post this entry this morning but it's still Friday here in Washington so here goes.   An easy one~

French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

1½ cups French's French Fried Onions, 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken chests, 1 egg well beaten.

Crush French's Fried Onions in a plastic bag.  Dip chicken into beaten egg, then coat in onion crumbs.  Bake at 400° for 20 minutes until cooked through.

Note; of course this could be done on a larger scale, by increasing all the ingredients.

Linda, I've seen this recipe in magazines, but I've never tried it. Is it good?

Linda,  you stole my "chicken chest line"  I used to say chicken chest rather than breast and it always got a good laugh.                                     Marlene
