I Set All The Clocks...........

.............except the one inside Gabi. I stayed up late Saturday night, playing with this Blog and listing stuff on eBay and watching the taped episodes of "The Office" that I missed. All the time thinking "I'm getting an extra hour of sleep in the morning so this is OK." Well, it was OK with me but it wasn't OK with the little creature that shares my bed. She started pawing at my arm about 5:45am (Pacific Standard Time) wanting her morning of Fancy Feast. Now this is the cat that has bowls of dry food (and water) in two locations in this house. But no she wasn't content with icky old Meow Mix ~ she wanted the good stuff (mixed with a little warm water I might add). So I fixed her food, put it & her in the bathroom, put the baby gate across the door and went back to bed. But it was too late, I could not fall asleep again.

It's a nice dreary, rainy day....I guess I'll build a fire in the wood stove and get busy going thru those piles of mail. Later this afternoon, I'm going to the home of my middle niece & family for a 5th birthday party of my great niece, Lindsey.

Have a wonderful Sunday...........Linda

You little sneak, you're making me crazy. While "making the rounds" this morning and while scrolling, I saw your new entry.

I'm thinking, "I'm sure I made a comment on Linday's Journal, but maybe I read it and forgot to comment."

S.H. like Meow Mix but only as a last resort. Anytime he hears the can opener, he's Johnny-on-the-spot, just in case.

We only do wet stuff when we are getting ready to travel, then it is Whiskas. Otherwise, it is Iams "dry crap" as our Sheeb calls it :o)

LOL, yeah we can't change the internal clock of our animals can we. The dogs are pestering me like crazy right now for their evening meal, they wonder why I am not doing anything!!

I bet Gabi is glad to have you back home!

LOL, Gabi, like Koda, is definitely a creature of habit!! Koda started getting restless at his usual wake up time

Gabi is so cute, lol....
Raisin isn't on a timer, when we wake up he wants food, when we come in the front door he wants food... problem is it's no matter what time we wake up, middle of the night to pee, lol, and every time we come in the front door....
Have a great week, sorting mail and playing in your new blog!!

Sheeba seems to sleep about 22 hours a day, but one of his most active times is a couple of hours before we have to get up. He seems to want to talk to us and be petted right around that time. Argh!

Good luck changing the internal clock in Gabi! My little guy (the one we found on the roadside) certainly hasn't accepted the time change. ::sigh:: Oh, he also has dry cat food available at all times, that's just not good enough.

Evening Linda, Well I was up this am getting ready for church and then hubby trundled up and al of a sudden I looked at the stove clock and WHAT time IS it? Thankfully he had changed the clock before he went to bed.
I remember years ago I had dropped my kids off at a Sunday School and then when I came back to pick them up there were all these people around.
Someone from the congregation had heard all the noise downstairs (there was a hamster or something and the kids were playing with it)
THAT taught me to not DROP my kids off and remember to change clocks, although yesterday afternoon I had seen the mention on a blog and mentally said, "now Lori remember" but I seem to have those "Old Timers" moments.
Blessings my friend,

Lori (Alberta)

OH, How I wish I could have a cat. We have been having cold and dismal weather here as well, comfort food weather. We changed our clocks last weekend and Jess has been mithering Todd an hour early all week to go out for her afternoon walk!
