This would be a good salad for Easter Sunday. My mom made this for most special occasions when I was a kid.
Cook and cool 2 cups Minute Rice. In a bowl mix; one 11 ounce can mandarin oranges (drained), some sliced maraschino cherries, one 15 ounce can of crushed pineapple (drained), cooked & cooled rice and one container of Cool Whip. For an extra treat~just before serving fold in two large bananas, cut into bite size pieces.
