They Are In The Mail

Not counting the gals in England, it will be interesting to see who gets their card first.  I'm sure the England ones will take much longer to arrive.  Anyway, as they arrive please let me know, OK?

I did go see the new movie "You, Me and Dupree" today.  I must say I enjoyed it, the critics usually don't see things the way the general public does anyway.   Owen Wilson is such a smooth character, and he always seems to play basically the same type of person.   Anyway, it's worth seeing and probably more of a "chick flick," I'm thinking the guys probably won't like it that much. I don't mind going to the movies alone, mainly because then I can sit where I want to sit and lean over on the seat next to me and be comfortable.

It was a beautiful sunny but breezy day here in the Pacific Northwest, I think it probably was up in the high 70's or low 80's.  The sky was blue with big fluffy white clouds floating by.  And that mountain of ours was truly a magnificant sight once again today.   Here's a link for more information about our Mt Rainier;   http://www.nps.gov/mora/index.htm

Gabi really is back to normal and I thank all of you pet lovers for your kind words.  She's such a precious little girl, I'm glad there was nothing seriously wrong with her.

Now, we are heading down the hall to catch some zzzzzz's.    Until next time     Linda

I'm glad you enjoyed the film and pleased also Gabi is fine now! Postcards always take around two weeks to get to the UK, I don't know why because a letter in an envelope only takes four days. The US postal service seems to ignore postcards for a week or two! Have a good weekend! Jeannette xx
